Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) is seeking a Full-Time, Exempt General and Operations Manager, Senior who will also serve as Chief Engineer for a proposed WSISS program supporting NAWCWD at NAWS China Lake, California. The role is a dual-hatted senior leadership position responsible for serving as the principal technical authority, guiding systems engineering, architecture, verification and validation, risk management, cybersecurity compliance, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams supporting naval aviation weapons integration and flight test efforts. The position requires extensive aviation and management experience, an advanced technical degree or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, with Top Secret preferred.
