Description
The Final Assembly Operator performs final assembly of components and subassemblies, inspects work for quality, operates hand and power tools, meets production goals, completes documentation, handles materials, and participates in safety and continuous-improvement activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, teamwork, and computer skills; previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred. The position involves physical work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing and walking, and exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and welding operations.
