The role involves assembling and installing mechanical components, motors, blower systems, sheet metal, insulation, and panel systems; using pneumatic and precision hand tools; meeting quality standards; and contributing to team efficiency. The position offers a flexible day-shift schedule with a 4-on/3-off/3-on/4-off pattern, limited workdays, and multiple extended breaks. Mechanical aptitude, assembly techniques, blueprint and technical-document reading, quality control, teamwork, and problem-solving are emphasized.
