Description
The Assembler assembles parts, components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications, work instructions, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures. The role also inspects products for defects, maintains a clean work area, handles materials, supports inventory counts, and contributes to safety, quality, and continuous-improvement initiatives. It is performed on the production floor and requires physical stamina, manual dexterity, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift materials weighing up to 30–50 pounds.
