BaxterStorey is hiring a General Assistant (café operator) at JCB World Headquarters in Rocester on a permanent contract. The role starts on 5 October and runs Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm. The assistant will independently open and close the café, prepare and serve food and beverages, operate tills, manage stock, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and provide customer service. Basic food preparation experience and an understanding of food hygiene are essential, while previous café or hospitality experience, barista experience, a Food Hygiene Certificate, and till-handling experience are desirable.
