Optimal Maintenance & Refurbishment is seeking a London-based General Builder/Subcontractor to complete property maintenance and refurbishment work, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, house renovations, roofing, gardening, external work, and repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and joinery. The role involves inspecting properties, diagnosing issues, quoting jobs, sourcing materials, recording work in a CRM system, and complying with safety standards. It requires at least seven years of construction-trade experience, a DBS certificate/check, a van, tools, and insurance. Compensation is price work with a 50% split on labour jobs and £40 per hour for call-out jobs.
