Description
RedGuard is hiring a General Construction Laborer (Shop Technician) to support the interior build-out of blast-resistant and other industrial buildings. The role involves interpreting blueprints, using hand and power tools, performing construction activities such as sandblasting, insulation, painting, framing, flooring, wall finishes, and window and door installation, and inspecting work and equipment for quality and safety. The position requires at least six months of construction-related experience, basic arithmetic and computer skills, and the ability to work in physically demanding indoor and outdoor conditions. Compensation is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
