The Home Modification Specialist assesses home-modification project scopes, prepares itemized bids, communicates with clients and caregivers, and completes accessible home modifications such as grab bars, shower and bathroom modifications, ramps, stairlifts, and widened doorways. The role requires licensing and insurance, prior home-modification or accessibility-project experience, reliable transportation, own tools and equipment, independent workmanship, and familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards.
