Description
The General Contractor Laborer will support construction, repair, and maintenance projects across cultivation facilities, dispensaries, and processing plants in a mobile role. Responsibilities include carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, minor electrical and plumbing work, leading small projects, troubleshooting repairs, routine building maintenance, travel between sites, and maintaining tools and equipment. The role requires 3–5 years of construction or general contracting experience, lead or supervisory experience, strong construction knowledge, independent project management, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. The position pays $20 per hour and provides company tools and uniforms.
