Catamount is hiring a General Contractor Project Manager to oversee construction projects from contract inception through completion. The role maintains project documentation, supports the Superintendent with scheduling, manages owner and subcontractor relationships, facilitates meetings, processes pay applications and change orders, and ensures compliance with contract documents and scope of work. Candidates should have project-management and negotiation skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, advanced mathematical and reasoning skills, preferably general-contractor experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, and familiarity with Procore.
