Kepler Communications is hiring a General Counsel and Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs to serve as an executive advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors. The role leads global legal, regulatory, compliance, government affairs, and corporate governance activities; oversees corporate legal matters, spectrum strategy, regulatory filings, government relations, enterprise compliance, and risk management; and builds and manages the Legal and Regulatory Affairs organization and outside counsel. The position requires a Juris Doctor, U.S. or Canadian law licensure, at least 15 years of legal leadership experience, and occasional on-site presence at the Toronto headquarters.
