General Counsel at First Circle

First Circle is hiring a General Counsel to lead legal, compliance, anti-money laundering, data protection, special projects, corporate housekeeping, and legal-team-building functions across FCGFC and the broader CCG group. The role also serves as Corporate Secretary and advises on commercial, strategic, transactional, governance, regulatory, and expansion matters. Candidates need at least eight years of relevant legal experience, including fintech or startup experience, compliance and AML/data-privacy expertise, AMLO/DPO experience, legal-team leadership, corporate-secretary experience, and Philippine bar admission. The position is hybrid, with two days per week in the BGC office and remote work the remainder of the time, and includes HMO coverage and other allowances.
