The role leads the legal function for an internationally operating corporate group, advising executive management and subsidiaries on commercial, contract, and corporate law; structuring and negotiating complex contracts; supporting M&A projects; managing proceedings; and coordinating external counsel. It requires a fully qualified lawyer with several years of relevant experience, strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills, fluent English, and residence in the region.
