Keystone is hiring its first General Counsel as an independent company, a foundational leadership role responsible for advising the CEO, executive team, and Board on legal, governance, compliance, and risk matters while building and leading the company’s legal function. The role also oversees commercial agreements, partnerships, strategic alliances, outside counsel, and governance frameworks for a PE-backed business, and offers an annual salary of $300,000 to $450,000 plus bonus, 401(k), and benefits.
