Spot & Tango is hiring an in-house General Counsel to serve as the first and sole legal resource for the company as it scales. The role covers commercial contracts, consumer protection, employment law, intellectual property, litigation, equity and debt financings, privacy and data compliance, and the development of legal processes and outside counsel relationships. It is a hybrid position based in the Midtown Manhattan office, requiring in-office presence on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with an anticipated base salary of up to $350,000.
