Standard Bots is hiring its first in-house General Counsel to own the full contract lifecycle across sales, partnerships, and procurement, build commercial contract playbooks, and serve as the company’s primary legal advisor. The role covers commercial contracts, privacy and AI-use terms, defense compliance, international expansion, employment matters, strategic transactions, and outside-counsel management. It requires a J.D. and New York bar admission, 6–10 years of commercial contract and technology transaction experience, and three days per week on-site in Glen Cove, New York, or Manhattan.
