Description
Sydecar is hiring a General Counsel to lead and scale its multidisciplinary legal and compliance team while advising the CEO and VP of Product on securities, regulatory, commercial, and product-compliance matters. The role will support innovative fund structures, track evolving alternative-asset regulations, manage outside counsel, and contribute to product innovation. It is a hybrid position based in San Francisco or New York City with two to three days of in-office attendance per week, and requires an ABA-accredited law degree, an active bar license, and 10+ years of legal practice experience, including extensive in-house experience in FinTech or venture capital.
