General Counsel at Techo-Bloc

Techo-Bloc is recruiting its first General Counsel to build and lead the company’s legal function while reporting to the President and advising the Chief Executive Officer. The role covers commercial contracts, corporate transactions, governance, risk management, litigation, employment, insurance, regulatory, intellectual property, privacy, and technology matters across Canada and the United States. The General Counsel will also establish external legal advisor relationships, manage legal expenses, and develop scalable legal processes. The position requires a law degree, Canadian bar membership, at least seven years of legal experience, strong commercial and governance exposure, and bilingual French and English proficiency.
