Required Previous Experiences: 10 - 15+ years relevant legal experience in a combination of large law firm and in-house roles at pharmaceutical or biotech companies
Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is required, preferably with a strong life science practice experience
Extensive knowledge of the software and SaaS sector is essential, along with a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries
Experience counseling technology product teams, especially those building B2B products and services
Experience with SaaS licensing
Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and managing a high volume of complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and client counseling skills
