TetraScience is hiring a General Counsel to report to the Chief Financial Officer and provide leadership and advice on industry and commercial legal matters across the company and its global operations. The role covers legal strategy and risk management, multi-jurisdictional compliance, complex B2B SaaS and vendor contracts, data protection and intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and coordination with outside counsel. Candidates need a law degree, bar membership, 10–15+ years of relevant legal experience, senior leadership experience, and expertise in software, SaaS, and life sciences. The position offers employer-paid benefits, unlimited paid time off, a 401K, and life insurance, with a stated salary range of $280,000–$400,000.
