TickPick is hiring its first in-house General Counsel to build and lead the company’s legal function from the ground up. Reporting to the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, the role covers commercial and partnership agreements, consumer policies, litigation and disputes, regulatory and compliance, M&A, government affairs, and employee relations and equity administration. The position requires a New York-admitted attorney with at least 8 years of relevant legal experience, including at least 3 years in-house, and the ability to manage outside counsel and build an AI-native legal function. It is based in New York City with three days in the office per week and offers a $225,000–$250,000 annual salary range plus equity and benefits.
