Description
Sifflet is hiring its first General Counsel to establish and scale the legal function as the company expands across Europe and the United States. The role will advise the CEO, board, and leadership; draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements and related contracts; support corporate governance, fundraising, and equity administration; ensure compliance with GDPR, EU data and AI regulations, and security standards; and provide guidance on French labor law and international employment frameworks. The position is rooted in French law, with US commercial law knowledge preferred, and requires a French bar–certified lawyer with at least eight years of experience.
