Description
The General Counsel, Regulatory and Transactions at Compassus provides legal and regulatory advice to the company and its affiliates under the guidance of the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. This role involves ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, leading licensing and certification functions, managing mergers and acquisitions, and negotiating contracts. The General Counsel is also responsible for upholding ethical conduct and fostering positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
