Description
PharmaLogic is hiring a General Counsel to serve as a senior legal advisor and strategic partner to the leadership team. The role manages commercial contracting, negotiations, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk, corporate governance, employment matters, and the legal function itself, while advising on pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, manufacturing, and other highly regulated operations. The position requires a Juris Doctor, active U.S. state bar membership, and at least 15 years of progressive legal experience, with substantial in-house corporate and complex commercial and regulatory experience.
