The role offers complete autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, mentoring from experienced clinicians, and discretion over supplies and instruments. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, up to $50,000 in a sign-on bonus, and average compensation of $275,000-$315,000+.
