Ascendent Health Partners is hiring a full-time General Dentist in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area to provide comprehensive general dentistry in an established private practice. The role offers 30–35 clinical hours per week over a four- or five-day schedule with no weekends, clinical autonomy, mentorship, and the opportunity to become an equity partner after approximately 24 months. Compensation includes a $120,000–$150,000 base salary plus a percentage of net production, with additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, and professional dues.
