Description
The Navy is seeking a Ship Systems Test Engineer to review and approve Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical ship-system test documents, validate test programs, resolve technical conflicts and major problems, support certification of new construction and commissioned vessels, and participate in training. The role requires a professional engineering degree or equivalent engineering qualification, at least one year of specialized ship-system testing experience at GS-11 or equivalent, a SECRET security clearance, and the ability to travel domestically and overseas.
