The General Engineer (Special Projects) will lead Integrated Process Teams supporting submarine design, conversion, modernization, and other assigned engineering projects. The role focuses on resolving technical program issues, managing workload and schedule risks, coordinating with government and contractor stakeholders, reviewing design deficiencies, recommending corrective actions, and representing the command in technical conferences and agency interactions. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, suitable for federal employment, hold a professional engineering degree or equivalent engineering qualification, and have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-12 grade level.
