Audubon is looking for a General Foreman who will manage the efficient operation of multiple foreman and their crews across various projects. Key responsibilities include interpreting contracts, planning daily activities, leading teams to achieve production and quality goals, coordinating resources, tracking progress, enforcing safety policies, conducting hazard analyses, preparing documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, anticipating issues, maintaining equipment, controlling quality, interfacing with other trades, and mentoring staff.
