Description
Kier is hiring a General Foreperson to oversee day-to-day construction operations on water and wastewater treatment works projects across Blackburn, Manchester, and Cumbria. The role supervises supervisors, work teams, and subcontractors; interprets plans and specifications; enforces safety protocols; monitors quality; and mentors operatives. It requires construction experience, preferably in a supervisory or foreperson role, blueprint interpretation, knowledge of safety regulations, a full driving licence, and the ability to travel between sites. The position is 45 hours per week with some flexibility, and Kier does not offer certificates of sponsorship.
