Loenbro is hiring a full-time General Foreman in Afton, Texas, to oversee the planning, scheduling, estimating, and management of construction projects and lead a team. The role supervises daily work, verifies finished work, ensures proper machine training, maintains safety standards, and supports QA/QC programs. Candidates need at least five years of foreman experience in industrial construction, a construction background, and the ability to manage fast-paced schedules; fabrication shop experience, engineering or construction management education, Microsoft Office and Projects proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
