Description
The General Foreman oversees daily construction-site operations, including crew leadership, subcontractor and equipment coordination, scheduling, safety compliance, budget monitoring, quality assurance, and communication with project management. The role also involves interpreting construction drawings, performing basic line and grade and earthwork tasks, maintaining equipment, and using Procore and Microsoft Office. It requires construction knowledge, leadership, blueprint interpretation, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
