Grotto AI is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their fast-paced team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in an early-stage or growth-stage startup environment, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate comfort with ambiguous situations. They should be enthusiastic about exploring new opportunities and ideally have experience with AI tools like Claude or Copilot. While not mandatory, strong data analysis and statistical skills are preferred.
