The Panela Processing Associate LV2 oversees the production and quality assurance of panela, a traditional unrefined whole cane sugar product. The role operates and monitors processing equipment, inspects raw materials and intermediate products, maintains production records, collaborates with quality control and maintenance teams, and follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food processing or manufacturing experience, basic equipment knowledge, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
