Structis is hiring Commercial Construction Floor Underlayment Installers to support the installation of gypsum and concrete-based flooring products. The role includes breaking and mixing gypcrete, setting up hoses, operating a bobcat, finishing poured floors, carrying and delivering supplies, assisting crew members, and performing basic equipment repair. The position offers year-round work, weekly pay, paid training and certifications, and a starting wage of $20.00 to $28.00, with some overnight travel required. Applicants must know basic hand tools and tape-measuring, be reliable, able to drive their own vehicle, and be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 80 pounds; previous construction or concrete-crew experience is a plus.
