Description
The General Labor role maintains the rate of filling, packaging, and palletizing on an assigned production line. Responsibilities include processing production jobs, following SOPs and GMPs, performing visual quality checks, packaging products to specification, supporting continuous improvement, completing production documentation, communicating issues to management, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and rotating through various positions. The role requires independent and efficient work, organization, communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work in hot and loud environments while lifting up to 25 pounds.
