ESFM is hiring a full-time General Labor/Maintenance Associate to support the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance, and smooth operation of a building and campus. The role includes minor repairs, equipment installation, HVAC and building-system adjustments, cleaning, security checks, lawn care, snow removal, event setup, and other assigned duties. Previous HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience is required; the position is based at 175 Terminal Avenue, Clark, New Jersey, with online applications accepted and a pay range of $24.50 to $25.00 per hour.
