Description
General labor production positions involve extensive training and evaluation before assignment to work such as assembly, painting, part delivery, or machine operation. Duties include picking and kitting parts, fastening components, preparing and moving parts through a paint line, working across production stations, operating industrial trucks or hoists, and following standardized work, safety, and regulatory procedures. Applicants need a high school education or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, basic hand-tool and measuring-device skills, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided or 75 pounds with assistance.
