Description
The employer is hiring general labor teammates for production-floor work that may include assembly, painting, parts delivery, and machine operation. New hires undergo evaluation and training before placement, then perform material picking and kitting, fastening, paint-line preparation and handling, workstation rotation, production-line tasks, material movement using industrial trucks or hoists, and compliance with standardized work and safety procedures. A high school education or equivalent is required; assembly experience, mechanical aptitude, safe lifting ability, and proficiency with simple hand tools and measuring devices are relevant qualifications.
