Mountaire is hiring General Labor workers at its poultry processing plant in Millsboro, Delaware. The role involves working across production departments and lines such as Debone and Rehang, processing poultry products on day or night shifts. Applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, able to lift 40–70 pounds, stand for extended periods, work in hot, cold, wet, or damp conditions, follow food-safety and production procedures, use knives and equipment, and work overtime or weekends as needed. Prior production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
