Bauer Infrastructure is hiring an in-person General Laborer to support daily field operations on construction projects in Martell, Nebraska. The role involves maintaining clean and safe job sites, assisting with water pumping, light demolition, dust control, material handling, tool and equipment care, safety barriers, and other assigned tasks. Candidates must work independently and as part of a team, communicate clearly, work outdoors in varying weather, and be able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
