Bauer Underground is hiring multiple full-time utility-construction workers in Lincoln, Omaha, Kearney, and Norfolk, Nebraska. The role involves loading and unloading equipment, setting up traffic and safety controls, potholing, digging, loading and unloading materials, identifying utilities, restoring work areas, cleaning equipment, and working outdoors in all weather. A driver’s license is required, a CDL is preferred, and the employer is willing to train the right individual.
