Morgan Engineering is hiring a full-time General Laborer/Sand Blaster in Girard, Ohio to support a heavy steel fabrication shop. The role involves operating overhead cranes, grinding equipment, blasting equipment, and forklifts, while lifting up to 70 pounds and working in a team environment. A high school diploma, ability to work with minimal supervision, willingness to work overtime and weekends, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check are required; fabrication shop experience is strongly preferred.
