Description
The Inspection Trainee assists Operators with inspecting and repairing used tubular goods, including drill pipe. Responsibilities include pipe handling, cleaning, thread inspection, magnetic particle inspection, thread repair, drifting and sorting, coupling replacement, equipment setup and calibration, basic maintenance, and shop housekeeping. The role requires partial high school education, English communication ability, a Class 5 driver’s license, strong communication and customer-service skills, and completion of pre-employment testing; First Aid and H2S Alive training are preferred.
