Topstep is hiring a General Ledger Manager to lead a team of three to five accounting staff and own payroll accounting, accounts payable coding and payouts, equity rollforwards, monthly flux and variance analysis, balance-sheet review, audit support, and process improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, direct management experience, NetSuite experience, and strong Excel and analytical skills. The position offers a fully remote or hybrid work arrangement and a new-hire base salary of $140,000–$160,000 annually, with health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
