Cole, Scott & Kissane is seeking a General Liability attorney to defend businesses and individuals in premises liability, products liability, torts, and other legal matters. The role includes depositions, dispositive motions, hearings, mediations, trials, legal research, pleadings, client and expert communication, and legal counsel. Candidates must be licensed members of the Florida Bar; prior litigation experience is preferred but not required.
