Hennessy & Roach, P.C. is seeking an Attorney to defend and litigate general liability claims in its St. Louis, Missouri office. The role involves managing individual caseloads, drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and attending hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings. A J.D. and license in Illinois or Missouri are required, while both Illinois and Missouri licenses are preferred; experience defending workers’ compensation or general liability claims is also required.
