Description
The General Maintenance role at The Lodge at Columbia Point maintains the building’s physical appearance and working order, supports mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, performs preventative maintenance and repairs, completes work orders, responds to after-hours calls, and addresses unsafe conditions. The role requires general knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, the ability to perform painting, woodworking, carpentry, and general repairs, and safe operation of hand and power tools. Journeymen-level trade experience or equivalent, or at least two years of building maintenance experience, is preferred.
