This entry-level maintenance role performs routine mechanical and electrical maintenance, including cleaning machinery, replacing minor parts, assisting with inspections, reporting equipment issues, and supporting higher-level technicians. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, and preferably six months of prior maintenance experience or relevant trade school education. It involves hands-on training, safe work practices, PPE use, ERP transactions, and physical work on a production floor with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, heat, and cold.
