Old Dominion University is hiring a full-time Trades Technician III for general maintenance in Norfolk, Virginia. The role performs rough and finish carpentry, door and window repair, ceiling and drywall repair, brick and mortar repair, and other structural repairs to buildings and grounds, while providing customer service and maintaining a clean, professional work environment. Candidates need considerable skilled-trade experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently or in groups. The position requires in-person reporting and is not eligible for telework.
